Help test the field workflow.
The technical proof is working against NetBox 4.7. We are now looking for real NetBox users to validate whether the Android field workflow is worth turning into a long-lived product.
The current Android beta has passed API/emulator verification and an owner-handset end-to-end test covering connection, real-camera QR scanning, device resolution, inspection, text search, offline cached inspection and network recovery. We are keeping distribution invite-only while we validate the workflow with real NetBox operators.
Good beta fit
- You already operate or use a NetBox instance.
- You sometimes need NetBox information while standing near physical infrastructure.
- You can test on an Android device.
- You are willing to report where Scan / Find / Inspect / Offline helps or fails.
What we want to learn
Which field job should be fastest on a phone? Which labels do you actually scan? Which details must still be visible when Wi-Fi or mobile coverage is poor? Those answers matter more than a long feature wishlist.
